Semiconductor Pioneer Eric Tsai Receives Honorary Doctorate from NTHU
National Tsing Hua University (NTHU) in Taiwan has recently awarded an honorary doctorate in engineering to Eric Tsai, a pioneer in semiconductor packaging and testing, and founder and chairman of the Jipal Corporation.
